2013 ColSA/Beyond the Wall Soccer Tournament Participation Form
ColSA will be hosting a soccer tournament on Sunday, October 20th to help fundraise for our allied organization, the Beyond the Wall Campaign.

Beyond the Wall is the name of an organization with the mission of continuing to help the needy town of El Talon, located in the outskirts of Cartagena, Colombia. Fernando Nunez Esquiaqui, Director/Founder of the campaign, will be traveling there this October to help the children with educational activities, which will lead up to a medical mission and a distribution of clothes, toys, and shoes to the residents of El Talon in December. ColSA-UCF is collaborating with this cause, but we need your help!

These are the details about the tournament:
-Sunday, October 20th, 10 AM
-8 vs. 8 Co-Ed. (7 players, 1 goalie)
-2 girls per team, 1 must be playing at all times
-12 maximum players per team
-$70 registration fee per team
-$10 individual if not part of a team
-Open to UCF and non-UCF students.
-Must be 16 to play.

Deadline to register will be OCTOBER 17 AT 5PM.

**REFEREES**
If you would like to volunteer as a referee that day, please e-mail us as well. Experience is needed, and volunteer hours will be given that day.
