Description

Being mindful about eating helps you break free from routine habits by examining the thoughts, feeling, and internal pressures that affect how and why you overeat (or restrict). In these six Tuesday evening sessions, Holistic Health Coach & Sports Nutritionist Kristina Hess teaches that learning to eat mindfully will avail you of more self awareness, more joy and less stress. Weight loss is a natural outcome of acquiring new strategies to manage emotional eating patterns.
