OPTION 1: Clinical Support Groups
Need a mental health boost? Looking for help coping with stress, depression, loss, relationships, self-esteem? We will have a FREE 10-week support program that will include weekly meetings led by a therapist to help you process and move on from issues you may be struggling with. During the 10-week period we will also provide trainings to help you learn about staying healthy & avoiding substance use as well as how to support friends or family members who may be dealing with suicidal thoughts or substance use. At the end of the program we'll help identify any other supports you might want to connect with.

These groups will be single-sex: a group for girls (including those who identify as female) will run for 10 weeks, followed by a group for boys (including those who identify as male) for 10 weeks, etc. Groups will run on Wednesdays from 5-6pm. Limited to 8 participants per group, so sign up early to avoid being waitlisted!
OPTION 2: SMART Teens Group
Are you using substances, self-harming, addicted to your phone, or dealing with other destructive behaviors? Looking to make positive changes in your life? Our S.M.A.R.T. Teen group is run by young adults and provides a safe space for peer support and the opportunity to learn techniques that you can use to set goals for yourself and change your behaviors. SMART stands for "Self-Management And Recovery Training" and helps you with a four-point program: (1) Build & Maintain Motivation; (2) Cope with Urges; (3) Manage Thoughts, Feelings & Behaviors; and (4) Live a Balanced Life.

Our SMART Teen group will meet on Mondays from 4-5:30pm.  It is open to any Norwalk high school-aged teen of any gender / experience.
Please check off the programs you are interested & available to join (described above). All meetings will include food. All participants will be invited to the monthly social events such as bowling, go-karting, hiking, art... you will help decide what the events are! *
