2009 Mail Order Zombie Dead Letter Awards

This is the official ballot for the 2nd Annual Dead Letter Awards, a Mail Order Zombie event celebrating the best in zombie movies and media from the previous year. Only one nominee can be selected per category; every category has the option of a write-in vote. You need not vote in every category, but you must include your name and email address for your vote to be counted and to be entered into the drawing for the Dead Letter Award Swag Bag prizes to be awarded during the Dead Letter Awards show in Episode #109, February 25, 2009. This ballot is open until February 22, 2010.

Books

In order to be eligible for a 2009 Dead Letter Award, the book must have been released for the first time in a print edition in 2009. Paperback editions of previously published hardcover books are not eligible. (Special thanks to Library of the Living Dead's Dr. Pus!)

In order to be eligible for a 2009 Dead Letter Award, the movie or movie's nominee must have been released for the first time in a digital format for home viewing somewhere in the world. A DVD re-release or Blu-ray release of a movie previously released on DVD would not qualify; a movie being released as a Region 1 DVD release that has been previously released in another DVD Region would not qualify.
