The Washington Bus and the Stranger are proud to present our third-ever Candidate Survivor, a three ring Circus to determine Seattle's next Mayor.

Candidate Survivor gives you the power to decide who stays on stage and who goes. That’s right, the audience will be voting, via text, to determine which candidate will survive.

Candidate Survivor is unlike any other political forum. In between critical policy questions you will find haikus, a talent show, and maybe even a dance-off between your very own mayoral candidates.

Candidate Survivor gives you the power to decide who stays on stage and who goes. That’s right, the audience will be voting, via text, to determine which candidate will survive.

As the August 6th primary draws near, Candidate Survivor will give young Seattleites a fresh look at the nine mayoral candidates before they cast their ballots.
