This first annual Men's Retreat at Kashi will be facilitated by Dene Maria Sebastiana and Larry Matthews (Dialogue Sessions). Both Dene and Larry have done extensive depth work with men including through the Mankind Project.
In keeping with our tradition of community-building, the Men’s Weekend is a way for men to make community connections by participating in a new spiritual setting. Men’s Spirit will call upon rituals, traditions and transformational education to introduce men to each other and themselves in new way. Men will be introduced to look and see the world in a different light. The weekend will give you a view of Men in action together.
Men should come expecting nothing. They should shed preconceptions of who and what they are and be ready to participate full out. We won’t spell out the particulars because we want you to see them with untainted eyes.
You won’t starve. We plan breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You will have a place to sleep. And you will have a place to stretch. There will be time to play music, tell stories or meditate.
