The Cumberland Regional School District will be holding virtual Focus Group discussion sessions related to our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Initiative during the week of Nov. 1. The one-hour-long online sessions will bring together groups of 10-12 individuals to offer additional insight into survey responses and reflection on cultural diversity issues in our school community.

Focus Group participants will be selected from volunteers using sampling methodology to ensure appropriate community representation. Focus Group sessions will be recorded for qualitative analysis completed by Educational Consultant Dr. Robin Daniels from INFLIGHT, LLC, but participants may remain anonymous.
