VENDOR REGISTRATION

for all SINGLE DAY SHOWS.


Single Booth Exhibit space includes an 8' wide booth with most having rear pipe & drape.  Double Booth Exhibit space includes a 16’ booth with most having a 16' rear pipe & drape.  Booth depth will vary with location of bridal show, and is generally not as deep as convention type shows.  Please plan for about 4' -5‘ depth.  If pipe and drape is required, please indiciate such on registration form.  Side rails are not included.  Mini Booth Exhibit space includes a 4' wide booth with some having 4’ rear pipe and drape. 

Electric Service is included at no extra cost and will be available in aisle.  You are responsible for bringing necessary extension cords.  If WIFI and Bluetooth are available, we will provide access code and passwords.  We do not provide carts for transport of your merchandise.  Additional tables are available for $25.00 each.

MULTI-SHOW DISCOUNT:

If you participated in the January 9th & 10th 2 DAY SHOW, you may take an additional $50.00 off any Single Booth or $75.00 off any Double Booth.  Apply promo code "Single" for a Single Booth and promo code "Double" for a Double Booth.

We really FOCUS on YOUR SUCCESS.  Our vendors fees are extremely reasonable. We WORK to make YOU SUCCESSFUL.  And when you pay less you can make doing bridal shows profitable!  We are a local company that KNOWS the St. Louis Marketplace. We have 9 Years of PROVEN success. When we reschedule a show In case of inclement weather or public health safety concerns, we move your registration to the rescheduled show or another show of your choice in 2021....you don’t lose your vendor fee.

Bride St. Louis LLC reserves the right to reject or prohibit any vendor which is not suitable in keeping with the character and nature of the mission - to promote the use and sale of products and services of the bridal and related industries.  Bride St. Louis LLC does reserve the right to limit and refuse vendor registration by category of service or product.  Vendor agrees to maintain at its own expense liability insurance, and be liable for any damage to building and exhibitor space.  Bride St. Louis LLC assumes no risk and the Vendor releases Bride St. Louis LLC from any and all liability which may arise from participating in the bridal show.  Vendor will display only within his booth area and comply with building safety codes in effect.  Excessive noise is prohibited. 

There are no refunds for any reason.  In the event of severe weather or public safety concerns, it will be at the discretion of Bride St Louis LLC to reschedule the show.  Vendor’s registration can be moved to any other show in the same calendar year if notified in writing within 2 weeks of the scheduled show.  If you do not show up to participate in the show you registered for, and have not made rescheduled arrangements in writing a minimum of two weeks prior to the show, you will be responsible for full payment of vendor space.  Payment in full is required to participant in any show unless prior arrangements are made.

 If, for any reason beyond the control of Bride St. Louis LLC, the Bridal Event is not held, Bride St. Louis may retain an amount paid by Vendor as is necessary to cover expenses already incurred by Bride St. Louis LLC. If you sell merchandise from your booth, it is vendor’s responsibility to collect and to pay tax collected. 

Set up Instructions will be sent out approximately one week prior to the show.  Permission Based Attendee List is confidential information and may NOT be shared, bartered, or given to others.  It may be used only by the Registering Show Vendor.

Vendor assume all responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage to person or property and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bride St Louis LLC .
