PHILIPPINES—Eighteen of our Global Impact core staff engaged in an intensive five-day training program last month with the assistance and teaching of experts from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Davao.

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT and STANDARD FIRST AID TRAINING empowered our dedicated team with skills and knowledge to serve their communities and be prepared to assist in emergencies and natural disasters.

This training provided for in depth understanding along with practical exercises to test our staff members' skills application in simulated situations.



Next month, another group of staff, scholars and volunteers will take part in similar training.

As you read this, Global Impact staff are hard at work in the midst of conducting the 15th annual Catalyst Leadership Academy in the Philippines! 

This intensive Bible, leadership and personal development training for emerging leaders provides students with theoretical and practical learning experiences that aim to grow young leaders intellectually, emotionally and most importantly spiritually.
