On Valentine's Day 1945 a V-2 rocket exploded in a field between St. Mary's Platt and Crouch in Kent. Crater Locators, aka the award-winning Research Resource Archaeology team of Colin and Sean Welch, spent three days at the site, uncovering the remains of the flying bomb. They are returning to Platt to present their findings which promises to be a fascinating evening. Please arrive at 7 pm for 7:30 pm start.
