But I must point out that it is not technically an ice storm. Amazing as the result are, it is
merely water being blown by stong winds on cold surfaces, only the area close to the waterline must
have been affected. True ice storms occur when a layer a warm air sits on a layer of cold air, instead
of snow you get rain wich hits the cold ground and freezes instantly.
