Switch rooms without choice
Hotel doesn't honor reservation...I reserved down stairs unit and they gave me upstairs....refused to fix the problem

As per guest Kylie was awesome during check in. The room was nice and comfortable. Everything was good. The AC was set at 65, water was set in room as requested. Definitely will stay again. Front Desk & Housekeepers were polite

Good Value
The man at the desk at night wasn't rude but wasn't personable either.
There is no elevator and I had to lug very heavy bags up the stairs.
The room was very nice.
The morning staff was extremely pleasant and the breakfast was awesome.
