When you are choosing the Face to Face option choose this:

There are then 3 actions required for you to enrol in our course:

1. Fill out this form

2. Apply for funding through the MoE website, you will be provided with an application reference number (ARN) – which you please need to email to arnika@impacted.co.nz

3. Email arnika@impacted.co.nz the approved funding email from the MoE. (This is seperate to the initial funding application email from the MoE)

Once you have the approved funding email we then invoice the MoE. We will communicate with you along the way using the email address you use in this form
