804 Gala Volunteer Form
804 Dance Place is looking for a small number of volunteers interested in helping with the Gala Performances on May 11th and/or 12th, 2024. Please see volunteer opportunities below: 
----Creative, Tutu, & Petite room helpers
----Student drop off & pick up front table VIP
----Backstage runners-->NOTE: Company dancers or older 804 students ages 13+ who are in (1) show or in (1) piece in all shows are encouraged to submit a volunteer form. 

If you’d like to volunteer your time, please click on the link below no later than Thursday, April 24th! All of our volunteers will receive an 804 Gala Tee (adult sizes only) and will be able to watch their child’s dance from special seating located directly in front of the stage. NOTE: Volunteers DO NOT need a gala ticket since they will not be sitting in the theater. Thank you helpers!

Commitment Level: 
Each volunteer will be assigned to a class or job.
-Review Volunteer email. 
-Attend assigned class dress rehearsal.
-Attend assigned class performance.

Responsibilities include: 
-Keep dancers occupied. 
-Assist with costume changes. 
-Lining students up.
-Maintaining order and security inside dressing rooms.
