Non-medicated Interventions For Learners with ADHD

This seminar will feature easy to implement strategies for educators to help students with ADHD gain success in the classroom. We will focus on strategies for ADHD with hyperactivity and ADHD with inattentiveness. You will learn about free floating attention, hyperfocus, sensory needs, and the difference between boys and girls. You will receive a booklet and mnemonics to help you remember the strategies taught.

We will address blurting, off-task behavior, out of seat behavior, and disorganization. We will also cover coexisting conditions that often travel with ADHD in the classroom.
