We regret that there will not be a Spring Convention in 2025.
We have not been able to reach an agreement with Washington College in Chestertown to provide us with the facilities that we are accustomed to for a Spring Convention. The prices they proposed were significantly higher than in the past for less access to their facilities, and they were not willing to provide meals from the cafeteria unless we guaranteed an unrealistic number of attendees.
Reluctantly, the committee has decided not to hold a convention in 2025. We have contacted a number of other colleges, but they are not able to host our convention on such short notice. · Suite Dorm lodging option is a single bedroom in a 4 room suite with two bathrooms, kitchenette, and common area.
