CONNECTIONS! 2017-18 Mentee Application
Thank you for your interest in applying to be a mentee for Connections!

This application is DUE BY: Friday, September 15th, 11:59 pm.

We have open office hours from 9:30-11:30/4:00-5:00 Mondays and 1:30-6:30 on Fridays at STU 410. Walk-in for any questions!

Please keep the following dates open because these events are MANDATORY!
-Kick Off Reception on September 21st  (Thursday)

The event will be held at night (roughly from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm).

Please save your answers on an external word doc as this application does NOT save for you & in case of tech mishaps.
