2011 ALL RIGHT Rally
FedEx has discovered that delivery routes defined with no left turns are safer and quicker than other routes. Always wanting to be on the forefront of auto safety, we have defined a scenic rally route from Plano to Princeton with no instructed left turns. We have also devised some tests that you can try along the route to keep from getting bored. Join us!
- Rally Day: Saturday, July 9, 2011
- Starting Place:Subaru of Plano, 4480 W. Plano Pkwy, Plano, Texas 75093
- Registration: 9:00 to 9:50am on Rally Day
- Novice meeting: 9:50 to 10:00am
- Starting Time(1st Car out): 10:00am plus your car number
- Length: 90 miles (~3 hours)
- Finish: Catfish Heaven II, HWY 380, Princeton, TX 75407; 972-734-1960
- Rally type: GTA (fun run). No special equipment required.
- Route: paved roads in Collin County.
- Vehicles: Sports Cars, Family Cars, Classic Cars, Antiques, Hot Rods, Cruisers, Speedsters, anything with 4 wheels that’s street legal is OK in this Rally. Note: "speed" is not a factor.
- Rally Fee: $30.00 SCCA Members: $10.00 discount. $5.00 late fee if not preregistered here .
- Awards for 4 classes: First timer, Novice, General, and Master.

Texas Region SCCA (www.texasscca.org) is affiliated with the Sports Car Club of America (www.scca.org). With nearly 50,000 members, and with Regions all over the US, the club offers car related activities in a broad range of automotive events.
A road rally is not a contest of speed or racing. The challenge is to follow a prescribed course at legal speeds and to read signs and landmarks along the route to find answers to questions supplied by the organizers.

This rally is sanctioned as a Regional Rally by SCCA, and a part of the National SCCA RoadRally Championship. Sanction Number 2011-RG-41-02.

Event requirements
There must be at least 2 people old enough to read in every rally car. The driver must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The car must be in good mechanical condition. If one of the rally car occupants is a minor (under 18 years old), that person must have an SCCA "Minor Release" signed by both parents in the presence of either the rally registrar or a Notary Public. The form is available from rally@texasscca.org, or at registration.
