My name is Matt Longshaw, I am a resident of Portland and a parent governor of IPACA. Like many, I was extremely disappointed that Weymouth and Portland Borough Council Traffic and Planning Committee refused permission for IPACA to recycle Maritime House into  a state-of-the-art 21st Century school. I have created this petition to ask the Prime Minister, The Secretary of State for Education and key Senior Cabinet Ministers to support the appeal against the refusal of the planning permission.
