April 16, 2025. To fulfill the needs and wishes of patients, Unit 105 Redwood City delivered hygiene supplies and snacks to the VA-Menlo Park. Our Veteran Affairs & Rehabilitation Unit Rep Carol B delivered the goods to VA Rec Therapists Rishoo and Irene. Unit 105 has had a wonderful relationship with the staff for years and plans to continue this working rapport for many years to come.
May 2025. You are not seeing double. Remind you of old-time magazine puzzles of "Find the difference between these two pictures" by any chance? U105 made another donation to VA-Menlo Park; this time for the women residents in Bldg. 331. Each received a lovely flower pot to brighten up her room. Thanks goes to Veteran Affairs & Rehabilitation Unit Rep Carol B (right) for delivering the gifts to VA Rec Therapists.
April 2025. Our eUnit is still going strong with remote meetings, active individual contributors, and managing much of the Dept.'s GIRLS STATE program. Please support them on Thursday.
April 2025. Much appreciation to our D26 Units for hosting Madam President Linda Hayes (front center). December 15. D26 volunteers delivered the wish list gifts veterans requested. L-R: U585-San Carlos Anna, U105-Redwood City Peggy & Joyce, U238-Pacifica Janice, and U105/D26 VA&R Deputy Arlene who's managed our D26 Adopt-a-Vet Program for years.
