- Parent/Guardian Information

- Child's Medical Information
- Attestation of Camp Rules, Waiver and Media Consent
- Cost/price (includes $50 non-refundable deposit); covers snacks, meals and planned field trips (Early bird: $300; after Feb 17, 2024 - $350)
