2018-2019 - Student/Parent Contract for BYOT
ALL students must register their devices for BYOT for the 2018-2019 school year.  Even if a device was registered during a previous year it must now be re-registered in order to maintain access to the student WI-FI.  

This form must be completed by students/parents in grades 7 - 12 who would like to bring a personally owned  tablet or laptop to school to be used in the classroom for learning purposes.  

As a student and parent, you must read, understand, and follow the ELCA Student Technology Acceptable Use Policy while using  your personal technology tools at school.  That policy is located in the ELCA Student Handbook.

If a student breaks this contract, the consequences could include suspension of on campus device privileges and/or disciplinary action such as suspension or expulsion from ELCA.

VPN applications or any software used to bypass Wi-Fi restrictions, will result in the immediate loss of BYOT privileges and disciplinary action.

Eagle's Landing Christian Academy is in no way responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personally owned device.  ELCA recommends that you purchase personal insurance to cover your device.
