September 24th--The Poetry of Our Lives, with poet and broadcaster Fred Andrle.

About the Event: Together, we’ll read poetry that inspires, amuses, comforts, and enlightens. Among our selected poets: U.S. Poet Laureate Joy Harjo, and former Poets Laureate Robert Hayden and Rita Dove. We’ll all participate in a brief writing exercise and those who wish will have the opportunity to share their work.
