Escape Room Challenge:
You are working with the Virginia Collection of your local CCPLS library when you discover a document from the Campbell County Historical Society. It mentions a secret treasure that is hidden in a box somewhere in that room, and that you'll need to solve five clues to uncover the key to open it. However, this room is reserved by someone else when you're done, so you only have 30 minutes before your competition will arrive! Find clues, solve puzzles, and uncover the treasure to escape!


Information to Read:
An escape room is an interactive puzzle-solving experience. Thirty-minute sessions will be held at intervals throughout the day. Rooms can hold families or groups of 6-10 people. That means if you don't have 6 people in your group, you may be paired with new friends. Or stack the odds in your favor and bring friends!  Children ages 10+ are invited.

This free event will be held at the Rustburg and Timbrook branches. As there is limited space available, you may only attend one of these sessions.

We are so excited that you are ready to use your detective skills to see if you can "escape" our "escape room"!  Fun fact:  You are truly able to walk out of the room at anytime and the door will not be locked, but we can pretend like it is locked and that you have to break the code/find the clues in order to leave the room within 30 minutes from start to finish!  

*You have to be 18 years old (or older) to book a room and that person must show up to the event.
