CNH Circle K | Graphic Request Form 2015-16

The District Public Relations Committee offers the support of design and assistance for all works published to promote Circle K International. Upon completion of the form, requests will be reviewed and processed accordingly. If your request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of the submission.

Please submit your request AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance before you need the graphic to ensure the graphic designers have enough time to work on your request. If you submit a request with less than two weeks in advance notice, we cannot guarantee the completion of your request.

The Committee has the right to refuse any requests. The Committee also has the right to upload the graphic for public viewing on Behance. Upon receiving your completed request, please give credits to the District Public Relations Committee!

The District Public Relations Graphic Designers have the right to refuse any requests. A digital receipt will be provided once the request is processed, completed, or refused.

All requests will be documented and reviewed by the District Public Relations Committee. Graphics utilized in website, newsletter, publicity, etc. will be taken into account but will not affect the requester if submitting for recognition.

Requests that are granted should be attributed where attribution is due.

All graphics may be published by the California-Nevada-Hawaii District of Circle K International, Circle K International, or the District Public Relations Committee with no restriction.
