Camp I-Vy Jr. 2017

What is Camp I-Vy Jr.?

Camp I-Vy Jr. is the Bleeding Disorder Foundation of Washington's family program for families with newly diagnosed and young children with a bleeding disorder, ages 0-10. Camp I-Vy Jr. is designed for the whole family: parents, children & siblings are all invited!

Camp I-Vy Jr. is a great place to build connections and learn from other families with children with a bleeding disorder.

Where will Camp I-Vy Jr. 2017 be held?

Camp I-Vy Jr. 2017 will be held at the Highland Community Center in Bellevue!

Our day will begin at noon with lunch in the community center. During the afternoon kids will get a chance to play at the nextdoor Bellevue Family YMCA while parent sessions are in progress.

Families will have the opportunity to stay overnight on Saturday April 22nd at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Then, on the morning of the 23rd we will share breakfast and additional community time together.

What are some of the things that happen at Camp I-Vy Jr.?

-Opportunities to meet & connect with other families with a child with a bleeding disorder

-Fun activities for the whole family!

-Kids activity time at the Bellevue Family YMCA

-Informative & educational parent sessions with Nurse Barb & others

-Community Lunch & Dinner

-Campfire!

Is there a cost to attend?

Nope, Camp I-Vy Jr. is offered at no charge! The BDFW covers all of the costs of the weekend through its general fund. We are grateful to our generous donors who make this program possible!
