I am willing to participate in preparation meetings in the 6 weeks prior to the trip

I am willing to participate in meeting follow-up activities post-Study Tour

I will be an active RESULTS group member for at least the next 6 months following the trip

I am willing to lead an additional 2 meetings in the electorate offices of parliamentarians in my state in the 6 months following the trip

I understand the cost to participate is $150, and I will be responsible for meeting the costs of my own travel, meals and transfers.
