Fill out the form below to be considered as one of the talents for CreativiTea: Chopsticks Alley presents CreativiTea, an open mic night for all types of Asian artists to display their diverse talents.
 
NOTE: DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF SUBMISSIONS, YOU MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US IN ORDER TO BE A CONFIRMED PERFORMER. We send out confirmation emails after we have looked at all the submissions for the month. This means just because you have submitted a form, does not mean you will be performing for the month you signed up for.

Equipment Needs *
Creativitea provides 3 XLR cables, 1 DI Box to convert XLR cable to 1/4 inch, 2 microphones, and a video projector to share images on the back of the stage.  We can play accompanying audio during performances as long as a backing track is sent via email prior to the performance day.  Any other needs must be provided by the artist and cleared with Creativitea staff ahead of time.
