The Health and Welfare Council of Long Island (HWCLI), in partnership with KratosDP, has launched Doula Notes—a secure, user-friendly client management platform built for doulas working with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations. It’s designed to make the administrative side of doula work easier, faster, and more organized—so doulas can spend more time focused on their clients and less time dealing with paperwork.
