The answers to these questions will help determine if the student is eligible to receive services through the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act 42 U.S.C 11435. Any person who knowingly makes a false statement, in writing, with the intent to mislead a public servant in the performance of official duty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Florida Statue 837.06.
