All volunteers will receive a commemorative pin, and snacks, food, beverages will be provided.

There are various jobs and categories so please sign up for as many as you like. We really appreciate everyone helping us make this tournament a great experience!

Below are shifts available for all volunteer staff. Indicate all times that you would like to volunteer, thank you!

Thu 01/20 - 9:00am-12:00pm (Tournament set-up for play on Fri, see "Site Crew" below) - If signing up for this shift, please show up at Sunset Park Pickleball Complex during this time and ask for Tony.

Fri 01/21 - 7:45am-1:00pm

Sat 01/22 - 7:45am-1:00pm

Sat 01/22 - 8:00am-12:30pm - Assist with Youth Clinic & Youth Round Robin (9am-12pm)

Sat 01/22 - 12:00pm-4:00pm

Sun 01/23 - 7:45am-1:00pm

Please choose ALL roles that you are interested in, and please fill out "OTHER" for any SKILLS you would like to share with us.

Check in & Information - Check in players to the tournament as they arrive.

Player Hospitality - Post Check-in. T-shirt distribution and log. Assist with player needs.

Medal Awards - Place in bracket packages. Retrieve correct medals, present proper medals to winners on podium, facilitate photos of winners.

Runner/Court Monitor - Assist with court monitoring, provide balls, and report score sheets from the courts to the operations desk.

Site Crew - Measure court nets and maintain overall court appearance. Hang banners, signage set up and tear down. Tents, chairs, tables, and award stand area.

Generalist - Handle tasks as assigned.
