I understand that, by submitting this form, I am committing my child(ren) to participate in these activities should we be informed of successful registration.  

I also understand that all of these opportunities will have a waitlist of interested children; therefore, failing to participate without providing the Gear Up Coordinator with sufficient notice denies, not just my child(ren), but others the opportunity as well.  

I therefore understand that, barring emergency situations, "no call, no showing" will result in my child being removed from all subsequent summer activities.
