This form is no longer being used. If you are a returning student (read: not a new-to-Whitworth student) and wish for the Housing Office to find a roommate for you, log into the Adjusted Housing Lottery form (found at www.whitworth.edu/housinglottery), select "double room," select that you want the Housing Office to find you a roommate, answer the pop-up questions about who you are, what you like, etc., and we’ll handle the rest.
