The UCI International Center invites you to explore and enjoy the Griffith Observatory!
The Griffith Observatory is an icon of Los Angeles, a national leader in public astronomy, a beloved civic gathering place, and one of southern California's most popular attractions. Enjoy the best location to observe Hollywood Sign and LA night view!
Location: The Griffith Observatory
Date: Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 [End of Week 8]
Time: 11:00 am - 8:00pm [Tentatively]
Cost: FREE [$5 deposit]
Who: Currently enrolled UCI students only!
Some important information to remember:
•"Currently Enrolled" does NOT include Visiting Scholars and UCI Extension Students
•Transportation is provided FREE of charge. However, participants are required to submit a $5 deposit that will be
returned to them on the day of the trip.
•Please note that we will have a picnic after arriving the observatory.
Participants must either bring their own lunch or buy food.
•Space is LIMITED and students will be served on a first come first serve basis!
