What kind of schools do our children deserve?
Smaller classes?  Better technology?  A stronger connection with well-supported teachers?

The Howard County Education Association is opening a conversation and collaboration with you: the families of HCPSS students.  An organized coalition of educators and families can make a huge difference in how well schools serve students and the entire community.  We believe in the power of people to change their society for the better.

To receive periodic e-mail information about the activities of the Association, and/or participate in a deeper discussion via focus or advisory groups, please fill out the simple form below.

HCEA is the collective bargaining organization for almost 7,000 employees of the Howard County Public School System, including teachers, counselors, psychologists, nurses, secretaries, paraprofessionals, related service providers, pupil personnel workers, and more.

If you'd like us to call you with urgent information, you may add a mobile number here (not required).  The Association uses calls for organizing and political work; it takes time, and costs money, so we don't do it very frequently.
