The CDC has funded Health Resources in Action to sponsor an in-depth training on Health Impact Assessments in the late Spring entitled, “Exploring the Promise and Practice of Health Impact Assessments: A New England Conference”.  Because we want to assure broad representation and seats are limited, we are asking for interested individuals to please apply to attend the conference series. PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM BELOW BY APRIL 24TH, 2012. Applicants will be informed of their acceptance by April 27 and will be expected to register for the conference by May 4 ($60 conference fee covers conference and two webinars).

Applicants will be selected on a 1st come 1st served basis, taking into account the diversity of sectors and states participating. Please pencil in the conference and webinar dates until you have been notified of your acceptance. Participants are expected to attend all three parts of the series:
1) Pre-conference Webinar on screening for HIAs: 5/9/12  10-11 am
2) In-person Conference: 5/31/12  10 am - 4:30 pm, Clark University, Worcester, MA
3) Post-conference Webinar: HIA Reporting/Evaluation 6/13   10-11:30 am
