Requirements:
- Must be a Honolulu Community College Student
- Be a valid Fall 2018 Student (You may bring a guest, but everyone will have to follow the Student Conduct code)
- Have own transportation to and from the Honolulu Museum of Art
- Follow all Student Conduct Code (

You may bring a guest for FREE, but they will be subject to following the Student Conduct Code
*This form is limited to the first 40 students and everyone that is entered afterward will be placed on a wait list in case anyone does not show up. In the event you sign up and do not attend the event you may be restricted from signing up for other events provided by the Student Activities Board.
