If you (or someone you wish to refer) require support with food for you and your family during the Covid19 Lockdown please complete this form and we will deliver both a pre-prepared meal and a package of food supplies for each person in your household  to your door every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

We are not charging or ‘means testing’ for this service, as it is for anyone finding themselves in need at this time.  However, if you can afford to donate to help keep this service going please feel free to make a voluntary donation to All Saints Church who are the account holders for the sponsors of Highams Park Food Aid using the bank details at the bottom of this form.

All pre-prepared meals and food packages will be a choice of vegan, vegetarian,or meat/non vegetarian, (see below).
   
We will prepare meals for all members of your household, so please tell us how many people you need meals for and what their food preferences and any food allergies that we should be aware of when asked in the form below.
 
Food will be delivered by volunteers, they will ring your bell or knock on your door and retreat to a safe distance whilst you collect the food. They will not under any circumstances enter your home.
