HAKAFA HIGH HOLIDAYS TICKET REQUEST FORM
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM AND SUBMIT BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2023.

We are excited that Hakafa will continue to provide in-person worship for the High Holidays coupled with an enhanced at-home experience again this year.

We urge you to complete your Membership Commitment Form and this High Holiday Ticket Request form as soon as possible (and no later than September 1). Your ticket guarantees you a place with us and enables us to plan more meaningful High Holiday services. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for late requests, and your prompt response will help tremendously with our planning.

In-Person High Holiday Services
:
  • Please note that In-Person High Holiday tickets are offered to current members of Congregation Hakafa. There is no additional cost for tickets.  
  • Services will be held at the Winnetka Congregational Church (725 Pine Street), located east of Green Bay Road, west of Sheridan Road, and right around the corner from the Winnetka Community House.
  • Masks will be optional for all in-person services. We ask that anyone attending in-person be symptom-free of any illness.
  • Tickets are required for all in-person services (except Family Services, the Second-Day Rosh Hashanah Service, and the Yom Kippur Afternoon / Yizkor / N’eelah / Havdallah Services)
              * Tickets will be mailed the week of Septmber 4 and once 2023-24 Membership Renewal and High Holiday forms have been received.
  • For adults who want to attend the morning services in-person without their children, child-sitting is available for children 5th Grade and younger. Pre-registration is required on this form.
Online High Holiday Services:
  • We will broadcast via livestream and record every in-person main service (except Family Services) so that our members, their families, friends, and guests who are unable to join us in-person can have a meaningful worship experience. 
  • The video, sound, and broadcast of all livestreamed services are being handled by an outside, professional firm. 
  • Livestream service link information will be provided the week before Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Children’s/Family Services:
  • Our Family Services are open to everyone but are especially suitable for children and their families. Tickets are NOT requiredPlease feel free to bring friends.
  • Family Services will be held at the Winnetka Congregational Church at 1:30 p.m. on both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
