Mission Statement

The mission of the Butler County Aspire Program is to provide high quality, career focused educational opportunities for all adults who need additional academic skill building necessary to be self-sustaining 21st century workers. Our goal is to help learners develop a career pathway which includes academic skill building and high school completion to transition to post-secondary training leading to career attainment.

Our Vision

Butler County Aspire Program will provide flexible academic instruction for adult learners - supporting literacy, career planning and development, self-sufficiency, English language development, and economic success for all students served in the program.

Butler County Aspire is a proud partner of #MoveAheadWithAdultEd, a new national campaign enrolling adult learners into career training programs that equip them with skills that lead to jobs paying a family-sustaining wage.

The campaign targets the millions of Americans who need to reskill or upskill to re-enter the workforce.
