Dear Parents and Community Members,

We are seeking panelists/judges for the Senior Quest Project Testimony evaluations. You will be part of a 3/4 member panel which includes teachers, community members, and parents.

"Testimony" is the final presentation by the student to demonstrate all the work that has been done through the year for QUEST - the senior benchmark project.

The testimonies will be  held on May 22nd (Wednesday) and May 23rd (Thursday) 2019.

Please submit this form with the shift(s) of your choice. You can sign up for multiple shifts. If you are going to do a part shift, please mention the time in "Other" option.

Parent/Community Member commitment includes:
1. Attending an orientation session on Thursday, May 16th at 6 pm
2. Attending the session(s) you volunteer for below.
    a. Please come to the cafeteria located at the back side of the school
    b. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your shift to enjoy refreshments and receive your room assignment.
