If married in Spain, Certificado Literal de Matrimonio issued by Registro Civil (with English translation)
Latest Philippine Passport (copy of data page only)

Six (6) 2’x2’ photos taken within the last six months with white background

For minors (below 18 years) included in the petition, bring Original and 3 copies each of:

Certificado Literal de Nacimiento issued by Registro Civil (with English translation)
If born in the Philippines, PSA-issued Birth Certificate or Report Report of Birth
