If you’re a struggling or wanna-be entrepreneur, or someone who feels their life is on hold, “Go or Don’t Go” is a must read.
The author has put together a wealth of knowledge from her varied experience as an entrepreneur and business coach that comes together in easy-to-follow, concise and insightful lessons on how to break through barriers and obstacles. She includes some of her life’s experience with a great sense of humor that makes for easy and interesting reading.
My favorite chapter was on getting past perfection and procrastination, what Kate calls the Freak-out Zone. She points out that getting past the discomfort of this phase is what ultimately produces success. It was an eye-opener for me.
The book is set up with a recap of key points and “How to Not Get Hi-Jacked” at the end of each chapter. They are particularly insightful, help to clarify each lesson and serve as an instant refresher when you need a boost of confidence (or a push off the couch!).
If you can’t afford a business or life coach, Kate’s book is a great place to start. I highly recommend it.
