Uncle is always very busy,(unclogging toilets) and people hardly see him.

I specialize in the written word, not visual art. As such, if you want to commission me, keep in mind my talents will be put towards putting pen to paper and creating text, not image.

My primary service involves taking a section of information on your character(such as lifestyle, setting, and basic elements of background) and writing up a short story-style backstory for the character. I usually do first-person, as evidenced in my DevArt, but I can be convinced to do third-person, or some other wacky style.

Don't have much in the way of a background for your character? I can help with that too! After arranging an appointment, you and I can sit down and discuss a way to develop the character's background together over a one- to three-hour session over an instant messenger or similar. These session will be driven towards helping you as the creator come up with the details yourself, usually with some guidance and suggestions.

I do also offer a proofreading service for your own written works. I cover syntax, mechanics, and creative advice. When submitting the work, please make it a uniform and easily-read font. I'm a personal fan of default size 12 black. Do not add extra colours or font changes to indicate speech, etc.

PRICES:

Short story background: 10 gold per word.
Background development: 10k per hour recommended donation. Pay what you feel is fair.
Proofreading: 10 gold per word.

Extra info:
I use traditional media, and chibis are something of a staple for me. Cute and/or dynamic is what I'm happiest doing, but I'll try most things given a visual or descriptive written reference (including anthro and mecha). For best results, be sure to mention an expression or mood you'd like portrayed, unless there is no way I'll be able to give you something out of character.

Note: chibifying may cause some items to 'disappear' from your character unless kept in the Gambino Treasure Vault. Not literally - but at least you're reading this. What I actually mean is that because my chibis are so abbreviated, some fine details (eg: rings, some buttons, fingers, etc) may not be included. This doesn't mean I won't draw complicated or cluttered avis, but you should tell me if there's anything you absolutely need included before I excercise my artistic license.

Past Artists :

SG Kopitiam started with a small group of about 10 artists.
As time passed by, some of us had to move on and concentrate on other stuff.
