Room Parent Helper - Be part of helper group for your Room Parent!

Hospitality - Assist our Hospitality Coordinator with planning, decorating, baking, and/or setting up for PTA teacher appreciation and hospitality events throughout the year (e.g. back-to-school breakfast, coffee/tea cart, trail mix bar, etc.).

Wednesday Workroom Crew - Previously known as "Grandparents Club" (but anyone can help!). Assist in the workroom (cutting, laminating, etc.) usually once a week on Wednesdays. This is a fun group of volunteers who not only support our amazing teachers but also grow close and have fun doing it.

Stickering Kids at Lunch - Once or twice a month, PTA will need help with putting stickers on each student during lunch time. These stickers help advertise an upcoming big event like Fall Movie Night, or an upcoming Spirit Night. We usually need one volunteer per grade level and it generally takes ~10 minutes to complete the whole grade. Volunteers usually sign up for 1 grade (or more if they would like). If you may be available during lunchtime to help with this task, please consider signing up!

Spiritwear - Assist our Spirit Wear coordinator with sorting and distributing items when they arrive, or with inventory counts.

Dudes on Campus - This group is made up of dads, grandpas, uncles, and other male role models and father figures to help out around campus. Our goal is to increase the presence and involvement of male figures volunteering in our school. Dudes on Campus may be asked to help with the car rider line, help set up for events, and more.

Library Volunteer - Sign up here if you're interested in helping Ms. Achiu in the library or with book fairs. You will be contacted when help is needed.

General Help at School - We often will need late-minute volunteers at school for various tasks (hanging up things for a project, helping with set up for an event, etc.). If you are willing to be on-call to help with these various tasks, let us know!

At-Home Help - Help PTA with cutting, sorting, organizing, stuffing, etc. This will be things you can pick up and complete at home such as labeling bags, counting flyers, and other similar tasks.

Sponsorship Committee - Assist the Fundraiser Chair and Sponsorship Coordinator with soliciting for sponsorships, gift cards, monetary donations, and in-kind donations from the community and local businesses. (Anyone can do this at any time!)

Fall Movie Night Committee - Assist the Fundraising Chair with planning and organizing the Fall Movie Night happening on October 25, 2024.

Auction Committee - Our Auction Coordinators will need help with asking for donations and soliciting items to auction off at our Silent Auction that happens in the Fall (concurrent with Fall Movie Night).

Glow Run Committee - This committee is led by our Fundraising Chair and we'll need help with planning the fundraiser, decorating the gym for the Glow Run, passing out prizes during our fundraiser, and implementing the parties and incentives that come afterwards.

Social Media / Graphics - Need help with creating graphics on Canva and posting news and udpates on social media.
