A highly skilled and award-winning acupuncturist, Applied Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Dr. Cynthia has successfully treated clients with a wide range of health issues including musculoskeletal, reproductive, psychological, respiratory, digestive and nervous system disorders. Her extensive training in both Chinese and Western medical theory, diagnosis and practice alongside her comprehensive knowledge of herbal safety and herb-pharmaceutical interactions positions her as an expert in integrative treatment programs.
Dr. Cynthia is a NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and is licensed to practice acupuncture by the Florida Medical Board. Originally trained and educated as an industrial engineer, Dr. Cynthia now practices what she preaches as an Ironman triathlete. She has won several awards including Best Applied Medical Qigong Practitioner, Best Acupuncturist and Best Qigong Healer by Shenja Martial Arts University. She holds a black belt in Kung Fu, but has since turned her martial attention to healing.
