Helena, MT November 5th - November 7th
Hello! We are requesting your help in housing students for this year’s Montana Association of Student Council State Conference 2017. Here is what your duties as a host will require:
Sunday, November 5
8:30 p.m. - pick up host students at the Civic Center *They will have eaten dinner*
Monday, November 6
Provide breakfast
Drop off at Civic Center between 7:15-8:00 a.m.
Pick up students between 4:00-4:30 and take them home to shower/prepare for banquet/dance.
10:30 p.m. pick up.
Tuesday, November 7
Provide breakfast
Drop off at Civic Center between 7:15-8:00 a.m.
If you are willing to host, please fill out the below information and send it back to us. We require host families to host a minimum of 2 students, but students do not necessarily require beds (they will be bringing sleeping bags and pillows). Thank you so much for supporting Helena Students Council and the State Student Council! *Note: If you have a student in the Helena Public School District who is attending the state conference and who is housing guests, they will receive $10 off of their registration!
