NC Dems Voter Assistance Hotline: Staffing Form
Thank you for your interest in staffing our NCDP Voter Assistance Hotline - we are deeply grateful! Please review the training materials found here and answer the questions below.  

1. Training Slides: Our Hotline Director, Jena Speiser, has created a training PowerPoint that covers how to use our tech platforms, and information for answering questions through Election Day.

2. Hotline Manual: We have prepared a manual for your reference that covers the basic requirements to be a volunteer and the election guidelines that you will refer to in order to answer most questions you will receive on the hotline. You can find the manual here:

3. Ballot Curing Information: Many voters have already mailed in their ballots and are now finding out that they need to "cure" their ballot in order for their vote to be counted! They are calling the Hotline for more information and how to complete this process. Please familiarize yourself with this issue by reading through this doc:
