2015 Nordic Fest Entertainment Interest Form
If you are interested in performing at one of the many entertainment venues (mostly outdoor) for the annual Nordic Fest celebrating the scandinavian heritage of Decorah, Iowa, please fill our the short form below. All inquiries will be reviewed and contacts will be made via email if interested in having your group entertain at the upcoming fest. Official contracts will be emailed out no later than April 15, 2014. Please keep in mind that if you do not hear an immediate response, that this is a volunteer position and is not the sole job of the board. For two years now, entertainers are responsible for providing their own sound/light equipment unless coordinated with the entertainment committee ahead of time.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMTN *
We will hold true to the availability listed above along with the other information provided. Consider this step one in signing a contract for performing (if selected) at the 50th Anniversary Nordic Fest and that backing out on the availability listed above will result in not performing on other dates or future fests. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner to confirm that will or will not be hired. Thank you!
