● Coverage for every New Yorker, regardless of age, income, wealth, employment status, citizenship, or immigration status.
● No out-of-pocket costs, premiums, co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, or out-of-network charges.
● Coverage for all medically necessary care, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, reproductive , and long-term care and medications.
● Paid for by a graduated, progressive payroll tax that will cost less than most people currently pay for their healthcare.
